Some online courses are run by members of a team, rather than the course director. That’s absolutely fine and may be perfectly suitable for a variety of elearning platforms and, likewise, we always have someone on hand to help with administration and technical queries.
But, when it comes to training, here at FACIALENHANCE®, we believe that one of the biggest selling points of our courses is the direct access that you have to your acupuncture tutor.
I developed the treatment protocols and devised the courses, so it makes sense that I’m on hand to provide feedback, mark your assignments and answer any queries that may arise throughout your training and as you set up your new service.
Within the online training portal, we have a messaging area, so you’re able to get in touch with me if you have questions about a lesson that you’re currently on.
Also, when you submit an assignment, I personally go through your homework and grade it, so that you know that you’re on the right track and I can see that you’re thoroughly grasping my protocol.
As well as teaching, I’ve run a busy practice in Truro, Cornwall, UK for the past 10 years. I’ve found that acupuncture practitioners, especially those at the beginning of their careers, find it very useful to talk to me about the professional practice side of things too. This can be invaluable, as once you’ve mastered your new skill; it’s time to set about offering it to your patients and marketing the treatment.
